If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Deltess Corp. Warranty Department. Please contact Deltess Corp via contact link on our website for shipping address. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Please use a shipping method that provides tracking. Deltess Corp. cannot be liable for returned products that are not trackable.

*** NOTE *** Undamaged products purchased from a Deltess Corp dealer must be returned to the dealer from which is was purchased. If an undamaged product was purchased from Deltess Corp, the product can be returned to Deltess Corp for a refund of the cost of the product.
